About us
Trade-led training, run out of Underwood.
HD Training was set up by people who spent years running teams and plant, and got tired of sending workers off to crowded courses that didn't reflect the job. So we bought the machines, took the site and built the training we wanted for our own people.
How we operate
Small groups, real machines, honest assessment.
Everything we deliver is face to face, for adult learners, at our own site. Course numbers are capped so every operator gets meaningful time on the plant rather than a day of watching.
Our trainers and assessors have commercial operating backgrounds — forklift, EWP, heights and construction — and they assess to the standard rather than to the clock. If someone isn't competent yet, we tell you, and we work with them.

Owns the operational side of delivery — site, plant and the standard every course is run to.

Compliance Manager
Responsible for training records, student privacy, complaints and reporting. If it has to be right on paper, it goes through Tayla.

Administration & Student Support
First point of contact for enrolments, bookings and any support a student needs before, during or after a course.

Joshua Campbell
Work Health & Safety Officer / Trainer
Runs the site WHS system and delivers on the tools. Holds TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Trainer / Assessor
High-risk work trainer with a long background operating the plant he now teaches on.

Trainer and assessor across construction and materials handling, focused on getting operators competent rather than just ticked off.
