Cancellations & changes

Clear terms, no surprises.

7 or more days before the course: Full refund, or change your date at no cost.
2 to 6 days before the course: 50% refund, or change your date for a $75 fee.
The business day before, or on the day: No refund. A date change on the business day prior attracts a $100 fee.
No-show, late arrival or withdrawal during the course: No refund — the full course fee is retained.
If HD Training cancels or postpones: Full refund, or reschedule to the next available date at no penalty.

Course fees are payable in full before commencement, and approved refunds are paid within 30 days.
